A docu-series, with six episodes, which takes the viewers on a shocking journey over five decades, to past events in which Israelis – soldiers and civilians – were captured and kidnapped by terrorist organizations and to the process of negotiations and deals for their release. The series examines how kidnappings of Israelis became a strategic weapon aimed at the soft underbelly of the State of Israel and also how these events affected the fabric of Israeli society, which is torn between the values of mutual guarantee and the high price it is required to pay to terrorist organizations. The brutal dilemmas that were part of the past deals echo the mass and brutal kidnapping incident that we are currently in the midst of, and give viewers a deep understanding of the events and processes that brought us to the point where it is so difficult to decide
Episode 1 – In the 1970s, the terrorist organizations carry out the first bargaining attacks on Israeli soil, which as a clear policy favors operations Military rescue over negotiations for a deal.
