Amazing Vegan Eats in Tel Aviv | Vegan Food Tour

We (Sophie + Lee + mom) went on a vegan tour through Tel Aviv. Sophie, who has been vegan for a long time was very excited when we signed up for the tour at the Abraham Hostel which is actually run by a company called BE Tel Aviv Tours. Since the tour was in Tel Aviv where everything is insanely expensive we thought we would get just some small food samples at each restaurant, but contrary to our expectations, we were served lots and lots of food, leaving very satisfied. We went to 3 restaurants: Zakaim, Urban Garden, and Meshek Barzilay (as well as the attached take-out Deli which is not officially part of the tour).

On the next day, on our own, we went to some more places in Tel Aviv for amazing vegan eats – for lunch to Miznon, a chef-run pita sandwich restaurant, which although non-vegan has many vegan options, and then for dinner to Bana, an upscale all vegan eatery with some very tasty dishes.
