Today, 13% of all Israelis – 1.3 million people – are Haredi (ultra-Orthodox Jews).
24% of all children attending 1st grade across Israel are Haredi.
Yet only a handful of Haredi men are integrated in the Israeli job market; even fewer are involved in the field of Israel’s defense and security.
Rabbi David Leibel is a Haredi leader, Torah scholar, philanthropist and entrepreneur leading major change within the Haredi sector.
