Episode #153 – The Disabled Commander of the Search and Rescue Unit

Eli is a very unique individual. In addition to volunteering as an EMT, a dispatcher, and an EMS course instructor, Eli is the Commander of United Hatzalah’s Search and Rescue Unit that searches for people who have been declared missing, wherever and whenever that occurs. Eli is the type of person who doesn’t let anything stop him. Five years ago when he was in a motorcycle accident, he lost the use of his right leg. But that hasn’t stopped him from going out and saving lives.
