However, during a layover in Athens on its way to Paris, terrorists hijacked the plane, diverting it to Uganda, where the passengers were held hostage. After a week of intense planning, the IDF launched one of the boldest hostage rescue missions in history, thousands of miles from Israel. This is IDF Unpacked: Operation Entebbe.
