Days of not knowing, waiting for our husbands and our soldier children.
Such complex days of caring for the abductees.
Days are busy trying to be a good mother, broadcasting business as usual at home, trying to keep the routine.
We still haven’t gotten used to consecrating alone and singing to ourselves ‘Soldier’s Wife’ and suddenly we also light Hanukkah candles and sing ‘Maoz Tzur’ loudly to make the children happy and not feel alone.
But at night the worries flood again and the words of Idan Raichel’s song are so strengthening and give faith that what was will change and in the future we will have a better reality.
So we send you some light and a hug from us
